I’m at my mum’s in England and the strawberries are fantastic because of the sun and heat. I made this today using leaf gelatine ( more widely available here) and no sour cream as I forgot it! It was delicious, creamy but not heavy, light and so tasty. I will make it again for sure! Thanks for a lovely recipe.
