I’m a pen and paper gal, through and through. I’ve tried leaving myself voice memos, but in reality, hand-scribbled notes cover my desk and nightstand. They’ve invaded my purse and car. Multi-colored sticky notes line the edge of my computer monitor with prompts, deadlines, and recipes to try.

After writing on Substack for 4 years, I quietly changed the name of this newsletter a few weeks ago. It took some time for both myself and Substack to really get into a good flow, but I am so happy to still be writing and sharing here every week.
