In baking, the order of the ingredients and how they are mixed together greatly determines the final texture and structure of cakes, cookies, and more. Different mixing methods are used depending on if you want a fluffy cake, a tender cookie, or a flaky pastry.

Today, we are diving deeper into The Creaming Method. When it comes to moist, tender cakes, I can’t preach about the importance of this process enough.
